Terms of service
All clients need to accept the terms of service to ensure that you understand and agree to the rules and regulations of our business, which can help to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes in the future.
1.
All clients who enquire about booking in for a maintenance plan package must have booked in for an initial deep clean package in the last month.
2.
If you do not book in for your monthly valet each month, you will no longer be on the maintenance plan. This means you will be required to book in for anther deep clean package if you are wanting to continue being on our Monthly Maintenance plan.
3.
We currently require you to come to me at least until I am eligible to drive. We will discuss the location when you are booking in.
4.
If the weather is unfortunate for example lightening strikes, hail or extreme rain, I will get in contact with you to re schedule.
5.
To secure your booking I will require a 20% deposit, this deposit is non refundable. This is paid by bank transfer.
